Quotes of the Week!
Good judgement comes from experience.
Experience comes from bad judgement...
....Unknown
At least two-thirds of our miseries spring from human stupidity, human malice and those great motivators and justifiers of malice and stupidity: idealism, dogmatism and proselytizing zeal on behalf of religous or political ideas.

Quote of the Week!
Acceptance is not a state of passivity or inaction. I am not saying you can't change the world, right wrongs, or replace evil with good. Acceptance is, in fact, the first step to successful action. If you don't fully accept a situation precisely the way it is, you will have difficulty changing it. Moreover, if you don't fully accept the situation, you will never really know if the situation should be changed.

-For Kaeti, My Little Girl....My Little Angel...
Kaeti Lynn
There came an angel
On a warm sunny day
A sparkle in her eye
That took me away
I just couldn’t leave her
Not even when the day was done
My love she had awakened
My heart she had won
At this I had known
I could not let her go
For she lit my heart on fire
And made my face glow
To this very day
I’m glad that she’s here
God granted my wish
An Angel so dear
I’ll keep her in my heart
Her face has a shine
I love this special girl
This Angel of mine.

Prostate Cancer Awareness Month
September is Prostate Cancer Awareness Month. This is an appropriate time for us to learn about the impacts of this disease, the value of early detection and available treatment options.
The statistics associated with prostate cancer are truly sobering: it is the second most commonly diagnosed form of cancer and the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths among American men. In 2004 prostate cancer will be diagnosed in about 200,000 American men and more than 31,000 men are expected to die from the disease. On average - a husband, father, son, brother, grandfather or friend dies from prostate cancer every 17 minutes of every day.
Since early diagnosis of cancer or other prostate disease greatly increases the chances of a cure, it is very important that men discuss the various screening tests and detection procedures with their physicians. Unfortunately, in its earliest stages prostate cancer may not cause recognizable symptoms, so routine examinations to detect cancer early are important. Although screening guidelines may vary, most physicians agree that men over age 50, or men over age 40 who are African-American or have a family history of the disease, should be screened for prostate cancer annually.
All men should understand that early detection and early treatment of this insidious disease can help preserve your lifestyle and save your life. To learn more about prostate cancer, I encourage you to contact a healthcare professional. You may also want to review Internet sites, such as the one maintained by the American Cancer Society at http://www.cancer.org/docroot/cri/cri_2x.asp?sitearea=lrn&dt=36. It contains a wealth of useful information about prostate health, available tests, treatment options and nutritional advice.
Please take time to consider the importance of learning more about prostrate cancer for yourself, or your loved ones. You are too important not to take time to learn and act upon the information about this disease.

ARE YOU READY FOR SOME FOOTBALL??!!
Cowboys WR Keyshawn Johnson goes air-borne in the game against theVikings...OUCH!
Yes...After a long hot summer of waiting, the football season is here again. And this means Pro-Bowl's right around the corner...here I come, Hawaii...Gotta luv it. Although my favorite team is the Cowboys, I had to bet against them today and went with the Vikings and Dante Culpepper. Good thing cuz the Vikings won 35 to 17. It's gonna be a long season for the Cowboys if they keep playing like they did today.

Another Day of Work!!
As usual...work sucked! People whining, not listening, doing their own things, fighting, just a bunch of non-professionals...hehe. All I can do sometimes is laugh and ask myself if all this effort is worth it. But everyone has bad days at work, and in the future, try saying the following...rather than what's really on your mind. (This list was given to me by the gal somewhere far away, but close to me :)
- TRY SAYING: Perhaps I can work late.
- INSTEAD OF: When the fuck do you expect me to do this?
- TRY SAYING: I'm certain that is not feasible.
- INSTEAD OF: No fucking way!
- TRY SAYING: Really?
- INSTEAD OF: You've got to be shitting me.
- TRY SAYING: Perhaps you should check with...
- INSTEAD OF: Tell someone who gives a shit.
- TRY SAYING: Of course I'm concerned.
- INSTEAD OF: Ask me if I give a shit.
- TRY SAYING: I wasn't involved in the project.
- INSTEAD OF: It's not my fucking problem.
- TRY SAYING: That's interesting.
- INSTEAD OF: What the fuck?
- TRY SAYING: I'm not sure I can implement this.
- INSTEAD OF: Fuck it, it won't work.
- TRY SAYING: I'll try to schedule that.
- INSTEAD OF: Why the hell didn't you tell me sooner?
- TRY SAYING: Are you sure this is a problem?
- INSTEAD OF: Who the fuck cares?
- TRY SAYING: He's not familiar with the problem.
- INSTEAD OF: He's got his head up his ass.
- TRY SAYING: So you weren't happy with it?
- INSTEAD OF: Kiss my ass.
- TRY SAYING: I'm a bit overloaded at this moment.
- INSTEAD OF: Fuck it, I'm on salary.
- TRY SAYING: I don't think you understand.
- INSTEAD OF: Shove it up your ass.
- TRY SAYING: I love a challenge.
- INSTEAD OF: This job sucks.
- TRY SAYING: You want me to take care of that?
- INSTEAD OF: Who the hell died and made you boss?
- TRY SAYING: I see.
- INSTEAD OF: Bite me.
- TRY SAYING: Yes, we really should discuss it.
- INSTEAD OF: Another fucking meeting?
- TRY SAYING: I don't think this will be a problem.
- INSTEAD OF: I really don't give a shit.
- TRY SAYING: He's somewhat insensitive.
- INSTEAD OF: He's a fucking prick.
- TRY SAYING: She's an aggressive go-getter.
- INSTEAD OF: She's a ball-busting bitch.
- TRY SAYING: I think you could use more training.
- INSTEAD OF: What the fuck are you doing?
Now....go practice!!!

The Day of Rememberance!!!
September 11, 2001
In Memory
What was it you had said?
Why did you have to go?
Each simple little memory
Now passes by so slow.
I am stuck in the yesterday
Not wanting to accept
The horrid truth that you are gone
Your life taken without threat
This morning you awoke
To face a brand new day
But a cold-hearted terrorist
Took that gift away
Though the grave cry for the lost
In the settling of the dust
They failed to shake our foundation
For in God we put our trust.

Tribute to 9-11
Since the time is near to remember the tragedy of Sept. 11th, I thought I'd share some interesting facts on the number 11. This was originally emailed to me by a friend.
It could be a forced coincidence, but in any case this is interesting. You decide for yourself:
1) New York City has 11 letters.
2) Afghanistan has 11 letters.
3) Ramsin Yuseb (The terrorist who threatened the Twin Towers in 1993) has 11 letters.
4) George W. Bush has 11 letters. This could be a mere coincidence... (Could it be?)
Now here is what is interesting...
1) New York is the State # 11
2) The first plane crushing against the Twin Towers was flight #11.
3) Flight # 11 was carrying 92 passengers Adding this number gives us: 9+2=11.
4) Flight # 77 who also hit the towers, was carrying 65 passengers Adding this: 6+5=11.
5) The tragedy was on September 11, or 9/11. Adding this: 9+1+1=11
6) The date is equal to the emergency number 911. Adding this is: 9+1+1=11
Now we have a very upsetting piece..
1) The total number of victims inside the planes are 254: 2+5+4=11
2) The day September 11 is day number 254 of the calendar year: 2+5+4=11
3) After September 11, there are 111 days more to the end of the year.
4) The tragedy of 3/11/2004 in Madrid also adds to: 3+1+1+2+4=11.
5) The tragedy in Madrid happened 911 days after the tragedy of the Twin Towers. Spooky!! Read on.....!
This is really eerie,,,,, This is something to think about!
Since America is typically represented by an Eagle. Saddam and Bin Laden should have read up on their Muslim passages... The following verse is from the Quran, (the Islamic Bible). Quran (9:11) For it is written that a son of Arabia would awaken a fearsome Eagle. The wrath of the Eagle would be felt throughout the lands of Allah and lo, while some of the people trembled in despair still more rejoiced; for the wrath of the Eagle cleansed the lands of Allah; and there was peace.
Note the verse number!!!!!
